The State Regional Water Quality Control Board adopted the Standard Urban stormwater Mitigation Plan (or SUSMP) in year 2000. It was developed as part of the municipal stormwater program to address Stormwater pollution from new developments and redevelopment projects.

We follow design rules and guidelines of ASPE (American Society of Plumbing Engineers) in accompany with the latest California Plumbing Code (CPC) and California Building Code (CBC) to our design to provide an adequate and cost effective solution for your project.

Designing of air conditioning package units, heat pumps, boilers, hydronic systems, chillers, cooling towers, ventilation systems, garage ventilation, kitchen hood design, smoke control systems and also humidity control for Commercial buildings, high performance schools, data centers, telecommunication centers and hot and humid climates to reduce the risk of humidity damage, including mold and mildew.
Decision making about HVAC systems and the layout is done based on client needs, load calculations complying with Title 24, type of building and coordination with other disciplines. We select our equipment from top of the ranking manufacturers and could provide a minimum of three manufacturers for each piece of equipment in the specifications.
